What happens in the 1:1 coaching sessions?
We’re here for you every step of the way. Your 1:1 coaching sessions will help to guide and motivate you, steering you through your unique plan and answering any questions you have. We’ll also work with you to equip you with strategies to deal with challenges and temptations, as well as provide you with general advice to help you fast-track and sustain weight loss.
How long does this take before I actually lose weight?
Everyone is different and your weight loss results mirror this. Weight loss is variable and depends on your starting point. However, you will notice changes in just two weeks!
Where do I get my bloods drawn?
Bloods can be drawn at TDL in Central London or County Pathology in Guildford. If you’re located further away from both of our recommended pathology centres, don’t worry. Let us know and we will arrange a local appointment for you. No added stress for you - all you need to do is show up.
Do I need to fast before I have my bloods drawn?
Yes, for the data to be accurate, you’ll need to fast overnight for your blood test.
I’m a vegan/vegetarian. Can I still have a custom diet plan?
This diet plan is best suited to those who are open to eating everything. We are able to cater for vegetarians, but this diet plan is not appropriate for vegans.
What does the personalised plan actually teach me?
The personalised plan teaches you the importance of how to eat. Though this seems obvious, it’s all about breaking bad habits. You’ll learn how to eat 3 meals per day without snacking, portion control, the key role hydration plays, self-care, understanding how to combine foods for maximum enjoyment and health benefits and discovering the right foods for you as an individual.
Are you qualified to teach me how to lose weight during perimenopause/menopause?

Together, we’ve worked with hundreds of women around the country who are navigating the rough storms of menopause. Plus, we’re slap-bang in the middle of menopause ourselves! Why did you launch Menopause Midsection Makeover?
Working with perimenopausal and menopausal women for decades, I spotted a trend. Almost every single client I’ve worked with has reported midsection weight gain as one of the most frustrating symptoms of menopause. Cue the lightbulb moment. 💡
When women of ‘normal’ or ‘healthy’ weight came to us with belly fat that they just couldn’t shift through conventional diets and exercise, their confusion and frustration was palpable. These women didn’t understand their bodies and what they needed because they just weren’t taught effectively. There’s so much contradictory information out there. We’re told “eat your broccoli” and “blueberries are superfoods,” but it’s such a generalised approach. We decided to create something we knew worked. Something that was completely bespoke to the client. And so: Menopause Midsection Makeover was born.
Do you offer a payment plan?
We absolutely do offer a payment plan for Menopause Midsection Makeover. You’re free to pay in instalments. Once the final payment has been made, you’re able to start your process with us.
If I need extra sessions, how much will they cost?
If you need any further sessions after your time comes to an end with us, you can add on sessions at an hourly rate of £165.
If the diet doesn’t work, can I have my money back?
Unfortunately, due to using third parties for our bloods and analysis, your investment is non-refundable. That said, if you are unhappy, we will refund any remaining coaching hours on a pro-rata basis.
How much weight can I realistically expect to lose with this custom diet plan?
Everyone is different and their weight loss journey is utterly unique. Therefore, there’s no set number for how much weight you can lose with Menopause Midsection Makeover. However, we do cater to your bespoke goals. At the start of your plan, we discuss how much you’d like to lose in an ideal world and assess whether this is realistic. Before we begin, you’ll have a clear ‘end weight’ assigned to you so that you can work towards it (and potentially exceed it!)
Other than weight gain, what other menopause symptoms will be alleviated?
There’s a vast array of menopause symptoms that can be tackled through nutrition.
