SO, ISN’T IT TIME YOU MEET THE TEAM?
we’re here to help
At Nutrition by Charlotte Hunter, we know the power and wonders of being a woman. But we also know and acknowledge the struggles. Sometimes owning a uterus is a rough gig. So, I branched out to find the best in the industry and created a super-team brimming with know-how about how to manage all things female.
From menopause mastery to endometriosis management, to fertility and polycystic ovaries, we’ve joined forces to quit the BS and show you how to own your femininity.
Plus, not to gloat, but I have a whole bunch of letters after my name (okay, I am gloating a touch):
BSc, MSc and a BA. I’ve also studied the IFMCP programme.
And I’m currently doing another MSc in Nutritional Medicine at The University of Surrey. You could say I’m a bit obsessed with the magic Nutritional Therapy offers the world.
I’m here to put it all into practice, helping you navigate through the dark and dreary menopause storm. Because you deserve to see the light and start living again.
As women, we both know how our bodies can be ruled by our hormones. So, isn’t it smarter to stand with them as allies rather than an endless cycle of battle? So, I use nutritional therapy to solidify that allegiance, helping you balance out your hormones and work alongside them for a better life, no longer ruled by your hormones after menopause strikes. Functional testing is my jam. I help practitioners choose the right test for their patients, and work with them to piece together the puzzle from the results.
No one can cope with that many problems. So, I had a total hysterectomy at the age of 44. Menopause hit me like a truck, literally over night.
But what Menopause didn’t count on was that I knew my stuff when it came to eating to relieve. Most women don’t have that strategy up their sleeve, so it became my obsessive mission to arm them with it.

Rebalancing your gut, liver, immune system and hormones through lifestyle and diet changes may seem complicated, but allow me to show you the way.
Helping people reach their goals and change their lives is something I will never tire of. It’s just as rewarding as it was the first time.
I’m a huge dog lover and fully embrace cold water swimming.
But this miracle could be shared. There were - and still are - countless women desperately searching for a loophole out of infertility. So, with a mission to become “miracle maker” for as many couples as I could, I studied for 4 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
But I wasn’t going to take this diagnosis lying down. I was going to exhaust all avenues if I had to, but I would not just accept that this was my fate.
Thank goodness for my stubbornness. Without it, I’d never have found nutritional therapy. I made a radical change to my diet, learning the best food to eat to improve my condition and increase my chances of having a baby.
Meet Fiona
and finally feel like you again.
I wanted to study Nutrition for decades but, just as we all do, I was just too busy to dedicate myself to it. In 2019, though, I received a cancer diagnosis. It’s true what they tell you: a terrible event like that makes you really re-evaluate your life. It was a dream of mine to study Nutrition, and I made sure it became reality. After graduating with distinction, I could finally call myself a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. And let me tell you: it’s one of the best things I’ve ever achieved.
After I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which was wrecking havoc on my thyroid hormones and my perimenopausal symptoms, I pivoted, making sure I helped as many perimenopausal and menopausal women as I could.
To this day, that’s still my aim. Working with you, my whole mission is to make sure you feel empowered, strong, energised and in control of your own health and wellbeing.
I knew it was time to put myself first, to do what I had always wanted to do: help and support people. How, I didn’t know. That was, until my son was diagnosed with painful gut problems at a very young age. I did what most mothers do: searched and searched for a resolution.
And I discovered how evident the connection between diet, wellbeing and health was. So, off I went to the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London to further my education.
